Excellent chair for great price

I wanted to buy the chair for a while now and finally had the chance to try it out during the tech expo in suntec. Excellent buy, especially with the Hari raya discount.
All hardwares are great quality. The x1 has a lumbar support that feels cooling. Can really tweak it to your comfort and the leg rest is a unique addition that other high quality ergonomic chairs don't usually offer.
I would advise buy straight from website. I had a bad experience with their shoppee shop. I originally bought from shoppee but the shop was preety unresponsive about delivery..etc. So I canceled my shoppee order and bought from website. Website was prompt ain processing order

Comfortable even for people with scoliosis

I almost look foward to working now

With occasional remote work in the past, most of my time at my desk was spent gaming so I initially purchased a gaming chair. Now that my work demands have shifted most of my time at my desk is now work-related so I needed a chair more suited to my working posture. This chair offers so many points of adjustment it's insane. Getting everything exactly where I like it took a bit of time but once I got all the points dialed in I can hardly believe how comfortable this chair is. It's so comfortable I almost look forward to working now.
