So far the chair is able to give me the support for my back; which is the main reason why i bought the chair. I like the abilities of adjusting different functional part of the chair to suit my body contour.
Just used it for a days, will need further few months to know whether its help to reduce the stress on my spline.
Just received this chair. Beautifully and strong packaging. Very easy to assemble and finding an YouTube video (2:24 minutes) showed instantly how the different functions and adjustments work - easy peasy!
Very, very comfortable chair, so nice. I have never had any back pain, but one of the great features for me is that you can just, in an instant, fold up the armrests which is great when you are a recording guitarist.

The chair offers a wide range of adjustments, from the legs to the backrest, and its structure is very sturdy.
It's nice looking, easy to build and seems robust. But the best part, it's incredibly comfortable and helpful with sitting right.
In addition, I had problems with the delivery and the customer support was great!
My kids have their own chair that looks similar to X2 pro without footrest. However, soon as X2 Pro arrived, they are all over the desk now. They suggest studying and reading even before I ask them to do, so that they can sit on X2 Pro. Not to mention my Work From Home become another level of comfortablness and able to focus muh more. It was one of best decision that I made this year. Should have purchsed it sooner. I strongly recommend to invest for yourself.
