Hurts my back more than my cheek IKEA chair. Lumbar support is only comfortable for me at highest setting, but the adjustment mechanism unlocks and slides down at the highest height.
Mash seat is softer than pervious model. The base is wider, more suitable for people with wider base. Good back support. Love how it can be fold to save space.
