Order Confirmation
- All orders placed through our official website will receive an order confirmation and shipment notification email.
- Please note that orders made on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, and TikTok) are not eligible for these notifications and are subject to the respective marketplace's policies.
- The Order Confirmation email will be sent to you immediately after your order has been successfully placed. This email will include the estimated shipping date for your reference.
Once your order is shipped:

Shipment Notifications: A Shipment Confirmation email will be sent to you within the estimated shipping timeframe. This email will include the tracking number(s) associated with your order.

Important Notes on Tracking: Please note that the tracking number(s) provided are for internal reference only and cannot be used for external tracking purposes. This also applies to orders placed via third-party marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, and TikTok), where the tracking status is not externally accessible.

Delivery Coordination: Our fulfillment team will contact you directly via WhatsApp to arrange delivery details and coordinate a convenient delivery schedule.

Shipping Service
We use our in-house delivery team to deliver our products to you. However, for certain accessories, we use trusted third-party shipping partners to ensure efficient and timely delivery. We are continually diversifying our shipping methods to provide faster and more efficient delivery options. All items will be fulfilled from our local warehouse.
Shipping Fees and Free Shipping Eligibility
Most Hinomi products come with free shipping, but some locations may have specific surcharge of shipping fees. A shipping surcharge applies to the following location:

- Free shipping* is available for all eligible products purchased directly on our website. Please note that availability and terms may vary depending on the delivery region.
- For precise shipping details, you can refer to your order confirmation email or review the information provided on the checkout page after entering your delivery address during the ordering process.
- Please be aware that we offer group shipping service but no other expediting shipping options.
- For bulk orders (more than 5 desks/chairs), we will use LTL (Less-than-Truckload) Freight Shipping, which is a method where your order shares space in a truck with shipments from others.

Shipping Exception
PO Box Deliveries
We do not support delivery to P.O. Box addresses. A physical address is required.
Use of External Freight Forwarders
If you're located outside our standard coverage area, you may use a freight forwarder. Once delivered to the forwarder, we are not responsible for any damage, loss, or delay. We still provide free replacement parts under warranty, but shipping costs apply.
Multiple Shipments
- To reduce damage risk, components may be shipped separately.
- Items may come from different warehouses.
- This helps optimize costs and allows us to offer free shipping (excluding oversized items).
Carry-up Service Charge

Additional fees apply to buildings without lift access. Charges are non-refundable.
Surcharge for Address or Schedule Changes

Incorrect Address: S$30 re-delivery fee if confirmed wrong address was given.

Rescheduling: S$30 fee if delivery is rescheduled after driver is enroute.
Important Notes:
- Ensure correct address and delivery date before confirmation.
- Inform us of changes within 24 hours after placing your order.
- Once dispatched, contact the courier directly for changes.
- Hinomi is not liable for delays from incorrect or incomplete shipping info.
Sales Tax & VAT
Taxes (Sales Tax, GST, or VAT) are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Order Amendments and Cancellation
- Contact Customer Support immediately to cancel or modify your order.
- No changes or cancellations allowed after item dispatch.
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
- Hinomi may reject cancellation requests made after the allowed timeframe.
Missing or Lost Packages
- Check your property or building reception if marked as delivered.
- Report lost packages within 14 days of delivery.
- Claims may be denied for incorrect/incomplete shipping information.
- Some carriers may send delivery notifications 24 hours early.
If your package is still missing, contact us via live chat or email so we can help file a claim or send a replacement.
Disposal Service
We offer an eco-friendly disposal service for used chairs or desks.
