Order Confirmation
- All orders placed through our official website will receive an Order Confirmation email immediately after successful payment.
- Orders placed through third-party marketplaces (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, TikTok Shop) are subject to the respective platform’s policies and will not receive this notification from Hinomi.

Once your order is ready for delivery, you will receive a shipping notification via WhatsApp based on the shipping services:

Important Notice on Marketplace Tracking Updates
For orders placed through third-party marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, TikTok Shop):
- Marketplace tracking statuses are auto generated and may not reflect actual delivery progress.
- Order statuses may be automatically updated based on platform time limits.
Please rely on:
- The WhatsApp tracking message sent by Hinomi (for SPXpress deliveries), or
- The WhatsApp delivery confirmation from our in-house delivery team.

Shipping Fees & Free Shipping Eligibility
Most Hinomi products come with free shipping, but some locations may have specific surcharge of shipping fees.

- Final shipping fees will be displayed during checkout after you enter your delivery address.
- Group shipping service is available. Expedited shipping options are not supported.
- Bulk orders (more than 5 chairs or desks) will be shipped via LTL (Less-than-Truckload) freight shipping, where your order shares truck space with other shipments.
Shipping Time Frame
Shipping timelines vary based on product category, assembly requirements, and service type:

- Dispatched within 3 to 7 working days during non-peak periods.

| C) Pre-Order Items |
- Estimated shipping dates are displayed on the product page after selecting variants.
- Once the pre-order date arrives, orders will be processed according to Category A or B.
- Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together by default.

Exception: If the main chair item is in stock, it will be dispatched first. Pre-ordered accessories will be shipped later once restocked.

Note: Delivery timelines may be extended during promotional periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Exceptions
Certain regions fall outside our standard delivery coverage due to logistical limitations. This includes Jurong Island.
A) PO Box Deliveries
We do not support deliveries to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical address to ensure successful delivery.
B) Use of External Freight Forwarders
- If your location is outside our standard coverage, you may use an external freight forwarder. Once delivery is completed to the forwarder, Hinomi is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays thereafter.
- Warranty replacement parts remain supported; however, shipping fees for these parts will be borne by you.
Multiple Shipments
Sometimes your order may be delivered in several packages. Items may ship from different Hinomi warehouses for several reasons:
- By separating packaging components, we may lower the risk of any damage or breakages during transit.
- We have multiple warehouse locations, and our separate packaging gives our shipping partners the flexibility to pick up and deliver your order.
- We are able to optimize our shipping costs and continue to provide free shipping (except oversized products).
Carry-up Service Charge
For your convenience, we offer carry-up services for our products:
- Chairs: An additional S$10 per item per floor
- Desks: An additional S$20 per item per floor
Additional fees will apply for deliveries to locations without lift access. Delivery service charges are non-refundable.
Surcharge for Address or Schedule Changes (In-house Delivery)

a) Incorrect Address Provided: A S$30 re-delivery fee applies if delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address confirmed by the receiver.

b) Rescheduling After Confirmation:
- A S$30 rescheduling fee applies when the receiver requests rescheduling after confirmation and the driver is already en route.
- No rescheduling fee applies if delays are caused by in-house logistics or third-party logistics provider.
- Please review your delivery details carefully before confirmation.
- Address changes must be requested within 24 hours after order placement.
- Once dispatched, address changes must be coordinated directly with the courier.
- Hinomi is not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Sales Tax & VAT
The tax amount you’re paying at checkout on our website is either sales tax, GST or VAT varying by country. Tax will be calculated when you input your shipping address during the checkout process.
Order Amendments & Cancellation
- Order modifications or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours after order placement.
- Once dispatched, all requests follow the Return Policy.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing time varies by financial institution.
- Hinomi reserves the right to reject requests that do not comply with this policy.
Missing or Lost Packages
If you receive delivery notification of the shipment(s) without finding or receiving the order(s), please try:
- Looking around the shipping address (if you live at a residence)
- Checking again with the receptionist at the reception area (if you live in an apartment)
- All lost package claims must be reported within 5 days of the delivery.
- Claims may not be honoured if incorrect or incomplete shipping information was provided at checkout.
- Hinomi reserves the right to deny assistance or responsibility for lost claims reported 5 days after the delivery date, or when incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided.
- Some carriers’ delivery notifications can be sent out 24 hours before the actual arrival.
If you still can’t find your package(s), please report the case immediately via live chat or email so our Customer Support team can assist you in filing the claim and sending replacement package(s).
Disposal Service
For your convenience, we offer a disposal service for used chairs when you purchase a new one from us. This helps ensure responsible and eco-friendly disposal.

Peak Period Disclaimer
During promotional campaigns, festive seasons, or other peak periods, delivery timelines may be extended beyond standard estimates due to high order volumes and logistical constraints. While we make every effort to fulfill all orders efficiently, we appreciate your understanding should delays occur under such circumstances.
Right to Amend Delivery Arrangements
Hinomi reserves the right to amend delivery schedules, courier assignments, and fulfillment arrangements when necessary due to operational or unforeseen circumstances.
