Hinomi Rewards Club is our way of showing appreciation to our customers. 

You earn Points when you shop and participate in eligible activities. These Points can be redeemed for vouchers and selected rewards. 

Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Anyone who creates an account on the Hinomi Official Store (sg.hinomi.co) is automatically enrolled in the Rewards Program. To be eligible:
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You must register with accurate personal information
- Only one account is allowed per person

Duplicate or suspicious accounts may be merged, suspended, or terminated at Hinomi’s discretion.

Points cannot be transferred between accounts.

You can view your Points balance by logging into your account and visiting the Rewards page. Your Points may show as: Approved - Ready to redeem; Pending - Under verification or within return window; Cancelled - Not credited due to cancellation or ineligibility.

Approved: These Points are available for redemption.

Pending: These Points are temporarily held for verification. This typically applies to purchases and referrals and will only be approved after: - The 30-day return window ends - The order is completed and not disputed

Processing may take up to 14 business days after eligibility confirmation.

Cancelled: These Points will not be credited if an order is cancelled or returned, campaign requirements are not fulfilled, or suspicious activity is detected.

If you no longer wish to participate, please contact Customer Support to request unenrolment.

Upon leaving the program:
- All unused Points will be forfeited
- Points cannot be restored if you rejoin later.

Hinomi may modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the Rewards Program at its discretion.
Updated Terms will be published on the official website.

You earn Points when:
- You make qualifying purchases on sg.hinomi.co while logged in (1 Point for every 1 SGD spent)
- You participate in eligible campaigns (e.g. referrals, review rewards, birthday rewards)

Points are calculated:
- After discounts and vouchers - Including GST
- Excluding shipping fees, duties, handling fees, gift cards and third-party services

Purchases made on Shopee, Lazada, Amazon or TikTok Shop do not earn Points, unless specifically stated under a limited campaign (e.g. Singapore historical backfill).

There is no fixed cap on Points earned from qualifying purchases.

Hinomi reserves the right to review accounts with unusual or suspicious activity. Abuse, fraud, manipulated referrals, or fake reviews may result in suspension and forfeiture of Points.

If you cancel or return an order:
- Points earned for that order will be deducted
- Any bonus Points associated with that order will also be deducted

If Points were already used on that order:
- Refunds will be based only on the actual cash/card amount paid
- Redeemed Points will not be reinstated

Returns may result in a negative Points balance.

A negative balance may occur if:
- You redeemed Points and later returned your purchase
- A referral order was cancelled
- Bonus Points were reversed

 Future Points earned will automatically offset the negative balance. Points cannot be redeemed until your balance returns to positive.

You earn referral Points when:
- Your friend makes a qualifying purchase
- They use your official referral link
- The order is not cancelled or returned

Self-referrals and suspicious activity will not qualify.

Hinomi reserves the right to withhold or cancel referral Points if misuse is detected.

You may earn Points for submitting a verified 5-star Google review that includes:

- A product photo or video
- A valid claim submission

Review Points are not issued automatically and must be claimed.

Only one review reward is allowed per eligible order.

 If a review is deleted, edited to remove required elements, or found to violate campaign rules, Points may be reversed.

To redeem Points:
1. Visit the Rewards page
2. Select 'Redeem Points'
3. Choose an available reward

Points must be redeemed for a voucher before being applied at checkout.

Only one voucher or discount code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.

Once redeemed, Points and rewards are non-refundable and non-reversible.

Points can be redeemed for:
- Vouchers
- Selected accessories

Points cannot be used for:
- Assembly services
- Cash exchange

No. Points and rewards are non-transferable and cannot be combined with another account.

Unless otherwise stated, Points are valid for 36 months from the credit date.
Expired Points cannot be reinstated.
When redeeming, Points closest to expiry will be deducted first.

No. Once redeemed, rewards are non-refundable and non-reversible.
