Hinomi Rewards Club is a our loyalty program designed to reward our customers.

Members can earn Hinomi Points (“Points”) through qualifying purchases and selected activities. These Points can be redeemed for vouchers and selected rewards on Hinomi’s official store.

Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Anyone who creates an account on the Hinomi Official Store (sg.hinomi.co) is automatically enrolled in the Rewards Program.
 To be eligible:
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You must provide accurate and up-to date personal information
- Only one account is allowed per individual

Hinomi reserves the right to merge, suspend, or terminate duplicate or suspicious accounts. Points cannot be transferred between accounts.

You can view your Points balance by logging into your account and visiting the Rewards page.

Your Points may appear as:
Approved - Available to redemption
Pending - Under verification or within return window
Cancelled - Not credited due to ineligibility, cancellation or policy violations

Approved: These Points are available for redemption.

Pending: Points are temporarily held for verification. This typically applies to purchases and referrals and will only be approved after:
- The return window (typically 30 days) has ended; and
- The order is confirmed and not disputed

Cancelled: Points will not be credited if:
 - The order is cancelled or returned
- Campaign requirements are not met
- Suspicious or invalid activity is detected.

Membership tiers are determined by your cumulative eligible spend:
- Hinomi Member: SGD 0–599 → 1 Point per SGD 1
- Hinomi Plus: SGD 600–1,999 → 1.5 Points per SGD 1
- Hinomi Premier: SGD 2,000 and above → 2 Points per SGD 1

 Your tier will be automatically updated once the required threshold is reached.

If you no longer wish to participate, please contact Customer Support to request unenrolment.

Upon leaving the program:
- All unused Points will be forfeited
- Points cannot be restored if you rejoin later.

Hinomi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the Rewards Program at its discretion.

Updated Terms will be published on the official website.

You earn Points when:
- You make qualifying purchases on the Hinomi Official Website (sg.hinomi.co), Hinomi Singapore Showroom, and Hinomi Singapore Popup event while logged in.
- You participate in eligible campaigns (e.g. referrals, review rewards, birthday rewards)

Points are calculated:
- After discounts and vouchers
- Including GST
- Excluding shipping fees, duties, handling fees, gift cards and third-party services

Purchases made on marketplace ( including but not limited to Shopee, Lazada, Amazon or TikTok Shop ), offiline orders do not earn Points, unless specifically stated under a limited campaign (e.g. Singapore historical backfill).

Points can be earned only on qualifying purchases made on:
- Hinomi Official Store (sg.hinomi.co)
- Hinomi Singapore Showroom
- Hinomi Singapore Popup events

You must be logged into your member account at checkout for Points to be credited.

Points are not awarded for purchases made via:
- Resellers or distributors
- Third-party platforms (including but not limited to Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, TikTok Shop)
- Offline corporate or bulk orders
   
The below transactions are excluded from Points earning:
- Shipping, handling fees, or duties
- Discounts, vouchers, or gift cards
- Any portion of payment made using store credit or non-cash value
- Orders placed without logging in
- Display, showroom, or demo units

Points may not be credited if:

- You were not logged into your account at checkout
- The order is still within the return window
- The processing period (7–14 working days after return window) is not completed
- The purchase does not meet eligibility requirements

If an order is cancelled or returned:
- Points earned for that order will be deducted
- Any associated bonus Points will also be deducted

This may result in a negative Points balance if the Points have already been used. 

A negative balance may occur when:
- Points have been redeemed and the related order is later returned
- Referral or bonus Points are reversed. 

 Future Points earned will automatically offset the negative balance.

There is no fixed cap on Points earned from qualifying purchases.

Hinomi reserves the right to review accounts with unusual or suspicious activity. Abuse, fraud, manipulated referrals, or fake reviews may result in suspension and forfeiture of Points.

You may earn referral Points when:
- Your referral completes a qualifying purchase
- The referral uses your official referral link
- The order is not cancelled or returned

Self-referrals and suspicious activity are not eligble.

Hinomi reserves the right to withhold or cancel Points if in such cases.

You may earn Points for submitting a verified review on the Hinomi Official Store or a verified Google Review, subject to campaign requirements.

- Points are subject to verification
- May not be issued automatically
- May be reversed if the review is removed, edited, or does not meet the requirements

To redeem Points:
1. Log in to your account
2. Visit the Rewards page
3. Select an available reward

Points must be redeemed for a voucher code before being applied at checkout.

Both cash voucher and product rewards voucher may be used in the same order, subject to system limitations.

Each product reward may only be redeemed once per order.

Once redeemed, Points and rewards are non-refundable and non-reversible.

Points can be redeemed for:
- Cash Vouchers
- Selected accessories product rewards 

Collected Points cannot be used to redeem assembly services, exchanged for cash, or redeem for products and services that are not listed in the Rewards section.

All redeemed rewards are strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-reversible.

Yes. Points are valid for 36 months from the date they are credited.

Expired Points cannot be reinstated.
When redeeming, points closest to expiry will be deducted first.

No. Points and rewards are non-transferable and cannot be combined with another account.
