Hinomi Chair Trade-In Program

Thank you for your interest in our CSR initiative, where comfort meets care. Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before participating:

Eligibility for Trade-In

• This campaign is open only to Hinomi customers residing in Singapore.
• Only selected models are eligible for trade-in: H1 Pro, X1, Q1, H1 Classic, Zee, and V Chair.
• Each participant must provide:
  

• Valid Hinomi order ID
• 3 clear photos of the current chair's condition
• Correct chair model name

• Chairs must be in reasonable working condition (usable frame, no severe damage, cleanable upholstery).

Rebate & Refund Details

• Upon approval of the trade-in request, participants will receive a rebate value based on their current chair model:

• H1 Pro: S$50
• X1: S$50
• H1 Classic: S$30 (w/ headrest), S$25 (w/o headrest)
• Q1: S$15
• Zee: S$30
• V Chair: S$30

• The rebate is not a discount code but a cash refund processed via PayNow after the new purchase.
• Stackable rebates available: each traded chair earns its own rebate value (e.g., trading H1 Pro + Zee chair = S$80 total rebate).
• Refunds will only be issued when:

• The user has submitted the new chair order details
• The provided PayNow number matches the participant’s name
• The user don’t submit a return request after 30 days of receiving the new chair

Chair Pickup & Trade-In Logistics

• The old chair will be collected at the time of delivery of the new Hinomi chair.
• Upon collection, the old chair becomes the property of Hinomi and will be refurbished or cleaned before being donated.
• Trade-in chairs are not covered under any warranty after donation.

For Donation Recipients

• Chairs donated through this initiative are intended for individuals in genuine need of ergonomic seating but unable to afford it.
• Chairs will be listed on Carousell, and interested individuals can claim them on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Each person is allowed to claim only one chair.
• Recipients are required to collect the chair at the Hinomi showroom located at the Aperia Mall.
• Chairs are provided as-is and come with no warranty. Paid repairs and services will be available.

Media & Publicity

• By participating, both donors and recipients agree that Hinomi may take and use photos/videos for campaign documentation and promotional use.
• These assets may be published on Hinomi's social media, website, or in press releases.

General Conditions

• Hinomi reserves the right to:

• Decline trade-in requests that do not meet criteria
• Cancel or modify the campaign without prior notice
