Got this to replace my previous office/gaming chair as it started to hurt my back sitting there long hours. This chair is such an improvement compared to what I had. Also, having sat in Herman Miller chairs when I worked in the city I think this is just as comfortable for a fraction of the cost. Would highly recommend it

Great quality chair but with slight hiccup
While I assembled the chair, i noticed a small part was not included in the box hence immediately wrote an email to the Hinomi Support team but despite send several email, seek assistance from chatbox and live agent online, eventually communicate with customer service through WA, the whole process is annoying.

Relaxing and Comfortable Chair
Good back support while seating upright. Adjustable reclining a great help for a relaxing rest. Armrest and seat material feels OK but would be better if they have removable cover for washing.
Everything is as advertised, I haven't noticed any exaggerations. Many adjustability options make this chair very good choice. - Two things make it a little short of being absolutely perfect: the lumbar support part could go a little higher and the foot rest could feel more sturdy.
The Hinomi chair is excellent—super comfortable, highly adjustable, and very well-built. The mesh and lumbar support make a huge difference for long hours of work. Everything feels premium. The only thing I don’t really use is the footrest, but it doesn’t affect the overall quality. Still an amazing chair and definitely worth it.
