Onsite Assembly Service (Official Website Purchases Only)

Terms and Conditions:

• Assembly service will only be honoured if it is purchased with a chair or desk on our official website.
• If purchased separately, please include the Order ID (eg. SG#12345) in the notes before checking out. 
• Otherwise, the order for assembly service will be automatically cancelled.
• Lead time might be extended during Promotional Period due to popular demand.
• Lead time is only applicable to items that are currently in-stock.
• Lead time is still fully dependent on time-slot availability of the logistics team.
• "Working Days" is defined as Monday to Saturday. Sundays and Public Holidays are excluded.

How does it work?

1) Add this service to your order of chair and/or table to before checkout.

2) Our logistics team will be contacting you via phone to schedule a suitable delivery date and time.

** Delivery Dates: Mon-Sat Day time, excluding Public Holidays.

3) If they are unable to contact you via the phone number that you provided, they will drop you an email to schedule your delivery date.

4) Your chair/desk comes flat packed and would require assembly.

5) The team would assemble for you upon delivery if you’ve purchased ‘On-Site Assembly’.

6) Assembly does not covers installation of accessories like monitor arm, desk rack, cable organizer etc.

*Do note that Assembly service is not inclusive of disposal service of any kind.
