Terms & Conditions

• Disposal Service is only available when purchased together with a chair and/or desk from our official website.
• Chair Disposal Service and Desk Disposal Service are separate services with different prices. Please select the correct service according to the item you wish to dispose of.
• Disposal Service is charged per item.
• The service covers the removal and disposal of the purchased chair and/or desk upon delivery of your new item.
• The old chair and/or desk must be ready for collection at the agreed delivery location before our logistics team arrives
  
• Disposal Service does not include moving or clearing other furniture, household items, or rubbish.
• If the item to be disposed of is not available or does not meet the service requirements upon delivery, the Disposal Service may not be carried out.
• Lead time may be extended during Promotional Periods due to high demand.
• Disposal Service is subject to the availability of logistics team time slots.
• "Working Days" refers to Monday to Saturday. Sundays and Public Holidays are excluded.

How Does It Work?

Chair and Desk Disposal Services are priced separately.

2. Add the required quantity

Disposal Service is charged per item.

3. Add the service to your order

If the Disposal Service is purchased separately, please include your Order ID (e.g. SG#12345) in the order notes before checkout.

*Do note that disposal service is not inclusive of assembly service of any kind.
