The product arrived quickly and was not hard to put together. Each aspect of it is adjustable. I bought the tall, which was perfect. I highly recommend.
I ordered a h1 pro on sale and they were out of stock. The reps at hinomi upgraded me to a color and style that wasn't on sale and didn't charge me. That's great service.
I got the chair, putting it together was easy and quick. It took a little bit of adjustments but once I got it into a position I was comfortable in, it's great. I could sleep in this chair. I am a producer and guitarist and am at my desk a lot. This chair is helping my back and my butt from a lot of pain. My only gripe is the side of the seat is a little more pronounced and it can rub on the bottom of my guitar. It just forces me to sit forward in a better playing position but I've already whacked my guitar a few times on it.
