great chair took me abit to sort out the adjustments but it works for me
I use this chair for work and for gaming. It’s really comfy, and has eliminated all of the back pain I was having from my previous chair.

All hardwares are great quality. The x1 has a lumbar support that feels cooling. Can really tweak it to your comfort and the leg rest is a unique addition that other high quality ergonomic chairs don't usually offer.
I would advise buy straight from website. I had a bad experience with their shoppee shop. I originally bought from shoppee but the shop was preety unresponsive about delivery..etc. So I canceled my shoppee order and bought from website. Website was prompt ain processing order
