The back support always slides down to the bottom, when I adjust it up.
Got the hinomi classic chair last week. It is very well built. Heavy and wheels are nice and no noise from the wheels.
Has good range and adjustsbility for the head rest and the arm rest.the seat is firm and is sturdy and has good support.
Main problem for me is the lumbar support. Even with the support on flexible it's still protrodues too much in to your back. Also the lumbar support is quite high both for me who is 5 foot 10 and my wife who is 5 foot 2. I am using to see if I can get adjusted or will return it.
