Good chair but poor service

Good chair but the handling of arrangement of delivery and notification to actual delivery and assembly has been poor. Might be the last time I buy from Hinomi.

Nice Chair, But?

The chair is nice, sturdy, and well-built, but the lumbar support hits my back incorrectly. One of their sales reps advised me to go with the X1. I will return and opt for the H1 targeted explicitly for the spine.

So far this chair has been wonderful! Not too difficult to put together, and it’s really comfortable.

I ve have had the H1 Pro V2 chair exactly as year and its one of the best chairs I ve owned, it replaced a ergonomic chair that was custom made to my body specs, and it lasted 10 years, the chair started to loose its featured function, so after much research, I ended up buying the H1 Pro - V2, and I must say, its has stood up to everything that was promised .... I m Super pleased and highly recommend the chair to everyone .....
