Took a leap and decided to upgrade my 3 year old chair that I did like however recent reviews said quality had gone down. Decided to not go overboard with the high end and found this chair. Shipping was extremely fast. I unpacked and was thoroughly impressed with the level of detail that went in even the packaging. One thing that drives me crazy is the lack of lock nuts in most products these days. How much could that really cost ? Anyway the screws had lock nuts. Directions were spot on. Heck they included an extra screw for each type instead of short g you and chucking in a bag and not labeling. Took me a bit to find the ‘sweet spot’ for comfort but perfect. The mesh is a bit stiff on day one but no concerns. Couldn’t be happier with this purchase !!!
