Manually installed X2 Pro with minor hiccups that’s easily resolved, thanks to the video that was provided!

A huge plus for the adjustable lumbar area, it helps to reduce the strain on my lower back greatly.
Armrests and headrest are easily adjustable as well.
Been using for a few weeks and no issues, hope it lasts!

Recommended if you tend to sit in front of the pc for long hours, X2 Pro will help to reduce the strain on your neck and back.

Wonderful chair, sturdy, ergonomic and eye catching. Would have given a 5-star rating if not for minor damage noted upon delivery. Wrote to Hinomi and hope they can and will replace this small plastic part soon.
