Onsite Carry Up Service (Official Website Purchases Only)

Terms & Conditions

• Carry-Up Service is only available when purchased together with a chair and/or desk from our official website.
• Chair Carry-Up Service and Desk Carry-Up Service are separate services. Customers must purchase the appropriate Carry-Up Service for each product.
• Carry-Up Service is charged per item and based on the delivery floor.
• Customers are responsible for purchasing the correct quantity of Carry-Up Service units according to the number of chairs/desks and their respective delivery floor.
• If the Carry-Up Service is purchased separately, please include the relevant Order ID (e.g. SG#12345) in the order notes before checkout.
• If no valid chair or desk order can be matched to the Carry-Up Service, the Carry-Up Service order will be automatically cancelled.
• Carry-Up Service covers carrying the purchased chair or desk from the designated delivery point to the customer's unit.
• The service is subject to safe and accessible access conditions, including lifts, staircases, corridors, entrances and other access routes.
• Our logistics team reserves the right to decline or discontinue the Carry-Up Service if the access route is deemed unsafe, inaccessible, or unsuitable.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery route and access to their unit are clear and accessible before delivery.
• Carry-Up Service does not include assembly or disposal services.
• Carry-Up Service does not include moving existing furniture or other items.
• Lead time may be extended during Promotional Periods due to high demand.
• Lead time is only applicable to items that are currently in stock.
• Delivery and Carry-Up Service are subject to the availability of logistics team time slots.
• "Working Days" refers to Monday to Saturday. Sundays and Public Holidays are excluded.

How Does It Work?

1. Check your delivery floor

Check the floor where your chair and/or desk will be delivered.

2. Select the correct Carry-Up Service

Chair Carry-Up Service and Desk Carry-Up Service are charged separately.

3. Add the required quantity

Number of Items × Floor Number = Carry-Up Service Units Required

4. Carry-Up Service is charged per item, based on your delivery floor.

🪑 Chair Carry-Up: 1 chair × 3rd floor = 3 units
🖥️ Desk Carry-Up: 1 desk × 3rd floor = 3 units

Please purchase the correct service separately for chairs and desks.

Important: Chair and Desk Carry-Up Services cannot be combined. Please select the correct service for each product.

*Do note that Carry Up service is not inclusive of disposal service of any kind.
