SingaporeThe chair is defective as the mechanism supporting the backrest is faulty. The customer service confirms this but does not respond on when they can come to fix it and just gives the excuse that they are waiting for parts. Really surprising for a brand new chair and I won't recommend this especially with so many other alternatives in the market.

The angle and the way it doesn’t seem to flow in to my work table - the head support .. maybe I am doing it wrong…. Can’t seem to get any support for the back of my head
