I have no regrets about getting the chair! It is worth the price, and they were willing to comply with my request for a delivery date. The staff who assembled the chair was very friendly and very professional.
So easy to assemble. Honestly easier than a child’s Lego set. It took me less than 10 minutes to assemble it. I’m really impressed with the lumbar support. The design for that specific feature is truly what I need for my low back pain. The other features including the reclining, the adjustable armrests and the fact I can actually raise the armrests completely and play my guitar (that was the primary reason for me to press the trigger on this model) are all pretty cool. It’s a pricey chair but if it lasts a few years, it’s well worth it. Overall, I very happy with the comfort the chair offers. 5/5.
