The chair is very comfortable and great for sitting for long hours. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because there was dirt on the armrests when I unboxed it, and it took me quite a long time to clean.
Bought H2 Pro with leg rest and seat cover and installed it by myself. It's easy to install and all tools needed are supplied as well. The chair is comfortable and doesn't feel hot even after long hours of seating. Worth the money!!
The only thing that I am not happy about is the delivery time duration is too long. From 10am to 6pm. You only get msg from the delivery person 30mins before arriving. So I just ask them to put outside my unit because I was away to get my lunch.
The cover is nice and the color matchws my chair nicely. The cover does slip off frequently as the fit is nit very secure.
All good, but the foot rest isn’t what I expected. The seat cover also, I expected it to be changeable.
