All good, but the foot rest isn’t what I expected. The seat cover also, I expected it to be changeable.
I have been using this chair for a few weeks and it has made a noticeable difference to my daily comfort.
• The lower back support is excellent and firm in the right places.
• It naturally encourages me to sit straighter and maintain better posture.
• The adjustable arm rests are very useful and easy to customize.
• The head and neck support feel solid and comfortable, especially during long hours at the desk.
• I really like that the chair uses mesh material instead of leather. It stays breathable and airy.
• When I have a fan behind me, the airflow goes through the chair easily and keeps me cool.
Overall, this chair feels well designed for people who spend long hours sitting. It is comfortable, supportive, and practical for everyday use / gaming
Appreciate the good service and patient assistance of Chin at the Aperia Mall showroom. She even helped me find the website with the video on "how to use".
The chair was delivered very promptly and punctually within a few days of purchase. The chair is very comfortable and suits me well.
the backrest can be pushed forward by turning the knob FORCEFULLY until you hear a click and head can touch the neck support without leaning far back. Cheapest HINOMI chair but very comfortable. can push the chair easily around without force bcos chair is not very heavy unlike other models. No need to buy those complicated and expensive models with lumbar support. Buy from Shopee during monthly 1.1, 2.2 etc sale only $230 including installation.
The lumbar support keeps loosening, so I constantly have to readjust the height and depth. It also lacks fixed Y-axis rotation, and the lower part is very hard—definitely needs foam padding like the front of the seat. After 2–3 months of use, the mesh on the lumbar support and seat feels too soft. The headrest loses its firmness over time and should have a fixed setting. The armrests are also unstable in terms of rotation, which limits my ability to move the chair, as I usually rely on them for adjustments. Overall, the seat would be much better without mesh.
Can I claim a full replacement for the chair, or only individual parts?
This chair is undoubtedly comfortable, practical, personally I had to remove the two lumbar supports that I could not move back enough and were painful
